Renovation of the Richmond Cottage,

Replacement of IPE wood deck,
Renovation or fabrication of IPE wood decorative column elements and railings,
Fabrication and installation of new exterior stairs,
Paint Structure.
Vizcaya Museum & Gardens - Basement & Cafe
Remove existing wall finish and Re-Plaster walls
Repair & Restore terrazzo floors
Restore historic exterior metal stained glass doors
Provide and install new waterproof kitchen cabinets
Custom build and install new wood doors
Replace bathroom & kitchen plumbing fixture
Repair/replace electric panels, line gutters, polar connections
Paint all walls, ceilings, doors
Vizcaya Village - Phase 1A - New Site Utilities and Historic Building Restoration
Demolition of the Miami Science Museum & Planetarium, 66,000 SF Bldg
Installation of new Underground Electrical Feed and new Transformer,
Installation of new 12" Water main extension to site,
Complete Restoration of historic Paint Shop Building,
Erection of a new 40'x40' Steel Building, and horticultural facilities,
Installation of 1,000' x 40' pine hammock landscape buffer,
